Personal Data Processing Consent
Consent to Personal Data Processing (hereinafter – the “Consent”)
1. I hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” (as amended), and Federal Law No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006 “On Advertising” (as amended), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to “AIRGLOBUS” (hereinafter – the “Operator”) to process my personal data specified during registration and/or when submitting a request for an offer and/or subscribing to receive advertising information by filling out a web form on the website airglobus.com and its subdomains (hereinafter – the “Website”), submitted via the Website.
Personal data means any information relating to me as a personal data subject, including but not limited to: surname, first name, patronymic; year, month, and date of birth; place of birth; address; marital status; social status; education; profession; passport details; phone number; email address; taxpayer identification number; social security number; employment record; military registration details; knowledge of foreign languages; citizenship; total work experience; place of work; family composition; as well as any other publicly available information about me.
2. I agree that the Company and the Operators mentioned above have the right to collect, record, systematize, accumulate, analyze, use, extract, transfer to Operators (airlines and other air transport companies), receive, process, store, update (revise, modify), anonymize, block, delete, destroy my personal data using automated, mechanical, or manual means for the purposes of: consulting on services; conducting marketing programs; providing air transportation and ticket booking services; maintaining and updating the customer database; technical support in processing information, documentation, and personal data using or not using automation tools.
3. I agree to receive advertisements and allow the Operator to send me SMS messages as well as other types of messages and notifications, including advertising, via any means of communication.
4. I agree and allow the Operator to combine personal data into a personal data information system and to process my personal data using automation tools or without such tools, and also using other software tools developed on behalf of the Operator. Work with personal data information systems is carried out in accordance with the prescribed algorithm (collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, blocking, destruction, etc.). Processing methods include but are not limited to: data clarification with me (via mail, email, phone (including mobile), fax, Internet), database segmentation according to set criteria, periodic contact with me via phone (including mobile), email, or Internet. Personal data is obtained via cookies, form submissions, personal provision, or by any other means.
5. I have been informed by the Company and the Operator that the intended users of personal data are employees of the Operator (as well as persons engaged under civil law contracts).
6. I acknowledge that:
– this consent for processing my personal data and receiving advertisements is indefinite and may be revoked by sending a written notice to the Operator, including via email to info@airglobus.com. The date of revocation shall be the day following the delivery of the written notice to the Company and the Operators;
– I have the right to access my personal data, request updates or corrections, and request deletion or destruction of my data if its processing by the Company or Operators violates my legal rights or the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. I undertake to promptly notify the Operator of any changes in my personal data by providing supporting documents.
8. This Consent is recognized by me, the Company, and the Operators as my written consent to the processing of my personal data and receipt of advertising, given in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 and Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006.
9. By this Consent, I confirm that I am the subject of the personal data provided, and that the data provided is accurate.
10. I understand that by registering and/or submitting a request for an offer and/or subscribing to receive advertising information on the Website, I confirm my written consent to the terms described in this Consent.
